identity
While working for TCR Products I was asked to redesign their logo.
At Cagiva USA I designed an AMA team logo using 2 existing logos. On the left you can see the process, and on the right is the final decision.
"Free toGO" was a logo design to give FreedomPay (the company) a recognizable brand. Previously, FreedomPay did not have individual identities for their services.
"Free toGO Express", a stem off the Free toGO brand, is a card solution with out all of the perks of the regular service.
"Way toGO" is a brand for company reward cards.
This was a proposed element for a security company's logo.
advertisements
A Husqvarna motorcycle ad that depicts the fun you can have on a street legal dirt bike.
These bikes are street legal, so they can ride on road, dirt, or anywhere for that matter. I combined the dirt road image with the street one on the left.
The image on the right is from a real race. I made it look like the racer on the right was along side of the rider on the left. As if riding a Husqvarna motorcycle felt like the joy of racing.
Husqvarna was one of the first motorcycle companies in the world. This ad shows their logo and what the company represents; a fun ride and sophistication.
MV Agusta is all about their history and prestige. Behind the bike is an image of its past.
I separated the winners from the crowd around them. The 'white on white' style of this ad makes the focal point pop, and demonstrates how important negative space can be. Cluttering a design doesn't give the eye a chance to move smoothly throughout the ad.
This ad shows custom elements of the $100,000 motorcycle.
promotional
We (In Dire Need) wanted a look to the Cd that had an edge yet wasn't so dark. I used white as opposed to most rock groups who use black.
Rider signature cards for promotional use down on the track. Fans would have the riders autograph the cards for keepsakes.
The cards are meant to work in many situations with this simplistic design
Again with simplicity. The Way toGO card design uses orange to give a clean feel.
other designs
This was a shirt designed for the 2007 gathering of old and new Husqvarna riders. It could only have 2 colors. Red and Black inks were used but I created the illusion of more shades.
These shirts were manufactured and sent to 80 Husqvarna dealers nation wide. They sold out within months and had to be re-ordered.
A concept design for the 'biker chick.'
Shirts created for the band Sugarcoat.
basic 3d
This was created to mock up new graphics, and use in arranging a new trade show layout. I took the dimensions and shapes from the manufacturer to create the 3d element.
3d knowledge can be useful in many projects, as seen here in this trade show layout.
I manipulated the original MV Agusta logo to create this 3d version.
A Plexiglass holder that hadn't been ordered from the company yet. From looking at images of the real holder, I created this to show what the graphics would look like. It saved time. When they arrived the graphics were already approved.
Before materials with new branding were ordered, I could see what it would look like. It takes any mystery out of the process.
A display mockup for "e-z Button"
This was a new pretzel case design for "The Philly Pretzel Factory"
